Luis Salinas is a guitarist from Argentina. Over the years he's recorded a number of albums featuring both solo and instrumental guitar.

His playing owes much to traditional South American musical forms such as tango and choro, blending these with improvisational modern jazz.

He has recorded two albums on the GRP/Universal record label; 'Salinas' and 'Rosario', a number of other albums are also available from smaller Argentinian labels.
