CHEW LiPS release their highly anticipated second single on digital download through Kitsune Records on July 6th. ?Salt Air? with remixes of Jupiter, Two Door Cinema Club, Dekker & Johan and Tommy Sparks & The Fury.
Riding on a tidal wave of critical acclaim and rapidly growing buzz, the incomparable East London trio return this summer with the second missive in their potent electro- pop arsenal, the deliciously propulsive and ridiculously addictive ?Salt Air?.
But where their debut single ?Solo? was an uplifting pop song of heart swelling proportions, ?Salt Air? travels down a slightly darker, though no less anthemic, road. Against a lush wall of dirty bass and pounding beats, the band find themselves in grittier territory from the off.
The original single is supported by great remixes. French newcomers Jupiter and Irish exciting Two Door Cinema Club deliver brilliant reworks. Big remixes from next big UK duet Dekker & Johan and Tommy Sparks & The Fury complete this amazing bundle.
The summer will see Chew Lips perform at a slew of festivals around Europe and, if ?Salt Air? is any indication, continue their unstoppable march towards being the bona fide pop stars that they are clearly meant to be.
