CLASSIXX are the DJ/ Production duo Michael David and Tyler Blake out of Los Angeles. Barely into their twenties they have been making major waves throughout the now flourishing indie dance scene throughout North America; playing and producing a new breed of electronic music that represents an upsurge of talent dominating current underground culture.

In the studio they have been called upon for remixes of fellow ground-breaking artists like Shiny Toy Guns, HelloGoodbye, The Sounds, Regina Spector, Kill Hannah, and most recently stepping up to the plate with a funked out rework of The Ting Tings ?Shut Up And Let Me Go?. West coast new kid on the block and current MTV reality star Shwayze has also had the CLASSIXX?s unique blend of electro and funk for a remix of his debut ?Buzzin? out on Suretone Records. The CLASSIXX?s sound can be seen topping the charts of electronic powerhouse outlet Beatport as well as receiving rave reviews and praise from the now dominant blogosphere; sites like Discobelle.net, Palms Out Sounds, Bigstereo.net, FluoKids, as well as an overwhelming amount of buzz on mega blog tracker The Hype Machine. Not just known for a daft touch at remixing; their original material has caught the attention of world renowned DJ's such as Eddie Halliwell, Micky Slim, The Crystal Method, and house legend DJ Dan with whom they recently collaborated on a track for his upcoming artist album.

Outside the studio the pair have shared the stage with some of today's most exciting artists including Chromeo, A-Trak, Surkin, Klaxons, Peaches, The Faint, Kid Sister, Steve Aoki, Crystal Castles, and Justice just to name a few. No rest for the wicked, they recently debuted a unique live show to a sold out L.A. crowd playing alongside indie dance heroes Cut Copy at Echoplex, with their growing popularity they earned a coveted spot playing L.A.'s massive open air event Electric Daisy Carnival at the LA Collisium; sharing the bill with superstar DJs Armand Van Helden, Benni Benassi, Boys Noize, Moby and DJ Dan.
