The Whitest Boy Alive is a musical group based in Berlin. The band comprises singer/guitarist Erlend ?ye, who is also a member of the band Kings of Convenience, bassist Marcin Oz, drummer Sebastian Maschat, and Daniel Nentwig on Rhodes piano and Crumar. They started as an electronic dance music project in 2003, but have since slowly developed into a band with no programmed elements.
Erlend Oye is from Norway, while the rest of the band is German. The band has recently completed their second album, due to be released in early March, in a newly built studio located on Punta Burros, Nayarit, Mexico.

The Whitest Boy Alive est le dernier projet germano-norvegien de Erlend ?ye. A l'origine c'etait un groupe electro/dance mais il est rapidement devenu un album sans "style" specifique. Leur premier album Dreams est sorti le 21 Juin 2006. Le groupe est constitue de :
